Currently we are scheduling appointments on most weekdays from 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 6 pm. As our office grows, we hope to be able to add evening and weekend hours.

Yes. Co-payments are always due at the time of service. There is also a discount for patients without insurance who pay for their visits the same day.

It depends on your particular health policy.

Prescription refills are best handled by calling your pharmacy and having them fax us the information. Often prescriptions run out of refills when a patient has missed their regularly scheduled follow up appointment. If this is the case, click here to use our Online form to request an appointment within a month, and then call your pharmacy and have them fax us requests for the 1-month extensions you need to cover you until your appointment. Thanks!

Note: NYS law prevents us from refilling prescriptions for controlled substances (for pain, ADHD, etc.) without having a "face-to-face encounter" (office visit) with the patient in advance. If you are running out, you will need to make an appointment to have your prescription(s) handled.

We're located on the western edge of Rochester in the heart of the 19th Ward across the Genesee River from the University of Rochester campus.

From the east, get off the 490 expressway at the Broad Street exit, come down West Main Street to Genesee Street, and turn left to Arnett Blvd.

From the west, get off the 390 expressway at Chili Avenue and come into the city on Chili Avenue, then turn right at the Rugby Street traffic light and left on Arnett Blvd. at the next light.
